研究方向：

通过运用实验室在国际上率先建立的CRISPR与phiC31重组酶相结合的高效果蝇基因打靶系统（knock-out和knock-in），综合运用遗传与生化相结合的方法与技术，规模化研究染色质表观遗传学相关因子（如非编码RNA及组蛋白修饰等）在生殖系统及胚胎早期发育进程中的生物学功能及相应的分子作用机制。
